• What is your cancellation policy?

    We understand that sometimes things come up and you might need to cancel your appointment. Please let us know as soon as you can to avoid a cancellation fee.

    If you cancel your appointment within 3 hours of your appointment, you will be charged 100% of your appointment price.

    There is no charge whatsoever for cancellation that made more than 3 hours before your appointment.

  • How do I cancel if I booked online (on this site)?

  • How do I cancel if I booked using the BelBella app (iPhone or Android)?

    Open the app. Open the side menu. Click on APPOINTMENTS. (You may need to click Login first). Click on the appointment you wish to cancel. Click CANCEL.

  • How do I prepare for my appointment?

    Your hair should be washed and towel dry before your hairstylist arrives.

  • Can I request a hairstylist that I love for my future appointment?

    Of course! when you make your future appointment then you can choose that pro again provided her/his availability matches your request. Please note that if the pro is not available for the time you schedule, you’ll be presented with a list of alternative talented pros in your area.

  • Can I book an appointment at the hotel room where I’m staying?

    Absolutely, when you book your appointment and enter your address, you have the option of indicate residence, hotel, or office. You can also write in the comment section specific directions for the hairstylist before she/he comes.
